Southeastern Anatolia Regional Development Authority follows the central purchase policy to save effort and money and controls the process of expenditure and purchase. Therefore, the Procurement Department has been established as a part of Logistics Directorate to implement the central purchase policy. Briefly, Procurement Department provides all requirements and services to the departments and divisions of the Southeastern Anatolia Regional Development Authority either from local or foreign markets. Background: Prof. Karahan specializes in regional economics, inclusive growth, and workforce development. She consults for international organizations and has led EU-funded development projects in southeastern Turkey. At SARGDA, she advises on strategic planning, social inclusion, and human capital investment.
Background: A seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, Mr. Demirtaş has built and supported SMEs across southeastern Turkey. He brings a private-sector perspective to SARGDA’s initiatives, championing innovation, digital transformation, and export promotion among local businesses.
